ORDER INFORMATION

When to order wedding stationery?

“Save the Date” Cards and Invitations

It’s recommended to place your order at least four weeks before sending.

If you choose to create “Save the Date” cards, these can be sent six to nine months before the wedding. Wedding invitations should ideally be sent three to four months before the wedding, and the RSVP date should be set at least six weeks before the wedding. This allows enough time to design and prepare all the stationery you need for your big day.

Stationery needed for the wedding day

It’s recommended to place your order five to six weeks before the wedding.

Ordering Process

Order

The first impression your guests will have of your wedding is through the invitation. To ensure it reflects the essence of your wedding and is perfect in every detail, it’s important that I take all your wishes into account. When placing an order for a design concept, I need the following information:

  • Style/design of the invitation and additional elements
  • Text with names
  • Type of paper and envelope color
  • Ink color
  • Quantity of invitations, additional elements, and envelopes

Design Process

Once all the necessary information is collected, I proceed with designing your personalized wedding invitation, which you will receive for review.

Approval and Production

After reviewing your wedding invitation, you can approve it for printing or request changes. Once we finalize the perfect invitation together, I begin the production process. The full production of wedding stationery typically takes two to four weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and chosen elements.
